Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until brown. Drain excess fat.
Stir in spaghetti sauce and Italian seasoning into the skillet.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the zucchini slices, half of the ground beef mixture, and half of the cheese. Repeat the layers.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until zucchini is tender and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
