Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, beaten eggs, and ketchup. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer mixture to a lightly greased loaf pan. Spread additional ketchup on top if desired.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite sides.
