This hearty steak and potato soup is filled with tender beef strips and soft potatoes, seasoned to perfection.

Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak strips and brown them on all sides.
Add the chopped onion to the pot and sauté until translucent.
Add the diced potatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of thyme or rosemary.
