Instructions
Preparation Steps
Place potatoes in a large pot, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 20-25 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and return to the pot. Mash over low heat, allowing all the steam to escape, before adding in sour cream, butter, and milk.
Season with salt and pepper, then fold in the chives. Serve warm.
