Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a medium bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork or potato masher until mostly broken down but still with some texture.

Add the chopped celery, red onion, and fresh dill to the bowl with the mashed chickpeas.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.

Pour the dressing over the chickpea mixture and stir gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
