Shrimp Kabobs Recipe

Delicious and easy shrimp kabobs perfect for a summer BBQ. Marinated in a zesty lemon-herb sauce, these kabobs are grilled to perfection.

  • 1 pound Shrimp
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper Green bell pepper
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add shrimp, tomatoes, and bell pepper to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • Thread shrimp and vegetables onto skewers.
  • Grill kabobs for 5-7 minutes per side, or until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
