Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
In a baking dish, layer the beef, sliced potatoes, onion, tomato soup, and green beans. Season with salt and pepper.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared ahead and refrigerated before baking. Add a bit of cheese on top for a creamy twist!
