Raspberry Banana Bread

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Stir in the melted butter.
  • Mix in the sugar, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Add flour and mix until just combined.
  • Gently fold in the raspberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
