Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and bell peppers, sauté until soft.
Add the sliced beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper. Cook until the meat is browned.
Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish. Top with cooked beef, onion, and pepper mixture, and a slice of cheese on each.
Place the top half of the buns on, brush the tops with melted butter.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Notes
These sliders are best served hot. Try them with a side of fries or a fresh salad!
