Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and creamy.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Spoon the mousse into individual serving dishes or a large bowl.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the mousse to set.
