Preparation Steps
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and egg until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides, then set aside.
In the same pan, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir well.
Gradually whisk in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
Add the sour cream, return the meatballs to the pan, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve the Meatball Stroganoff over egg noodles or rice for a complete meal.
