Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, red onion, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper.
Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and stir to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
For a creamier salad, add a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt. You can also add chopped hard-boiled eggs for extra protein.
