  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup Celery Finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Red Onion Finely diced
  • 0.5 cup Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, celery, red onion, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and stir to combine.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

For a creamier salad, add a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt. You can also add chopped hard-boiled eggs for extra protein.
