Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and milk.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in the blueberries.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
