  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup rice white or jasmine
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo sauce your favorite brand
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Add chicken, rice, chicken broth, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot.
  • Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
  • Allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  • Open the lid and shred the chicken with two forks. Stir everything together.

Notes

Garnish with green onions or fresh herbs. Serve with extra Buffalo sauce if desired.
