Instructions
Preparation Steps
Add chicken, rice, chicken broth, Buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the Instant Pot.
Lock the lid and set the Instant Pot to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
Allow pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
Open the lid and shred the chicken with two forks. Stir everything together.
Notes
Garnish with green onions or fresh herbs. Serve with extra Buffalo sauce if desired.
