  • 1 cup broccoli florets cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger fresh, grated

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  • Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Stir in soy sauce, broccoli, and red bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to taste.
