Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
Add ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned and no longer pink.
Stir in the uncooked rice, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer until the rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
