Ground Beef Stir-Fry

A quick and easy ground beef stir-fry that's full of flavor and perfect for a weeknight meal.

  • 1 pound ground beef 85% lean
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  • Add garlic and bell pepper to the beef, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the pepper softens.
  • Stir in broccoli and soy sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

Notes

Serve the stir-fry with rice or noodles for a fuller meal.
