Preparation Steps
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Add garlic and bell pepper to the beef, cooking for 3-4 minutes until the pepper softens.
Stir in broccoli and soy sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
