Greek cottage cheese dip

Delicious high-protein Greek dip featuring creamy cottage cheese and feta with fresh herbs and a hint of honey, perfect as a snack or appetizer.

  • 16 oz cottage cheese
  • 3 oz feta cheese
  • 1.5 tbsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • milk optional for thinning
  • toasted sesame seeds, dill, black pepper + olive oil for garnish
  • pita chips, carrots, celery, cucumber for serving

Preparation Steps

  • Add cottage cheese, feta, red wine vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper to a food processor. Pulse until completely smooth.
  • Taste and adjust vinegar and honey if needed. Add milk to thin the dip if desired and pulse briefly to combine.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl, garnish with toasted sesame seeds, extra dill, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Serve immediately with pita chips, carrots, celery, and cucumber, or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

This creamy Greek dip is a perfect blend of tangy feta and smooth cottage cheese. Adjust the sweetness and acidity to your liking. Great as a healthy snack or appetizer.
