  • 28 oz Canned Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Potatoes cubed
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced

Preparation Steps

  • Brown the beef in a large pot or Dutch oven.
  • Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  • Stir in paprika, caraway seeds, and tomato paste.
  • Add crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  • Add potatoes and carrots; simmer for another 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
