Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, tapioca flour, and sugar.
Add melted butter, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
