Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8x8 inch baking pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, tapioca flour, and sugar.
  • Add melted butter, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
