Glazed Carrots

Tender and sweet glazed carrots, perfect for any meal.

  • 0.5 kg carrots peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation Steps

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced carrots and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in the brown sugar, honey, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 15 minutes, or until carrots are tender and the glaze has thickened.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
