  • Pour batter into the skillet. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
  • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings (powdered sugar, fruit, syrup).

Notes

For extra fluffy pancake, let the batter rest for 15 minutes before cooking.
