  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 0.5 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Add Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms. Knead lightly on a floured surface for a few seconds.
  • In a small bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic.
  • Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a long stick and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the bread sticks with garlic-infused olive oil and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
