Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms. Knead lightly on a floured surface for a few seconds.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil and minced garlic.
Divide the dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a long stick and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush the bread sticks with garlic-infused olive oil and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
