Flank Steak Marinade

A flavorful marinade for flank steak, perfect for grilling or pan-searing. This recipe uses soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and a touch of sweetness for a delicious result.

  • 1 lb Flank Steak
  • 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and brown sugar.
  • Add the flank steak to the marinade, ensuring it's coated evenly. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator.
  • Grill or pan-sear the steak to your desired doneness. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing against the grain.

Notes

For a spicier marinade, add a pinch of red pepper flakes. Serve with your favorite sides, such as grilled vegetables or a simple salad.
