Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add onions and cook until translucent.
Add potatoes and chicken broth, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Stir in cream cheese and milk, cook until well blended and heated through.
Add cooked bacon and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
Garnish with chopped green onions or shredded cheese for extra flavor.
