Preparation Steps
Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Boil for 4-5 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour into prepared pan and immediately sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles.
Let cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares.
