  • 1.5 cups butter unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pure
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream
  • 0.25 cup Christmas sprinkles for topping

Preparation Steps

  • Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and heavy cream. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Boil for 4-5 minutes, until the mixture thickens slightly.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour into prepared pan and immediately sprinkle with Christmas sprinkles.
  • Let cool completely at room temperature before cutting into squares.

Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. This makes it a perfect make-ahead holiday treat!
