Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Stir in diced tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder into the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine the beef mixture with the cooked pasta and 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese.
Transfer mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
