Instructions
Preparation Steps
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook in the skillet until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy.
Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
