  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breast sliced into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning adjust to taste
  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped, for garnish

Preparation Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season chicken with Cajun seasoning and cook in the skillet until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Add cooked pasta and chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve with garlic bread for a perfect meal.
