Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese

A creamy and spicy mac and cheese with delicious buffalo chicken.

  • 1 lb cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 16 oz cooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup milk whole milk preferred

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large pot, cook the elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat milk and buffalo sauce over medium heat. Add shredded cheese and stir until melted.
  • Combine cooked macaroni, buffalo sauce mixture, and shredded chicken in a large mixing bowl.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.

Notes

Serve with a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley.
