Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the bow-tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
Add cherry tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
Stir in the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and toss well to combine. Serve warm.
Notes
Feel free to add grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
