Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions; drain.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
Mix the cooked noodles, beef, tomato soup, and sour cream together in a large bowl.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a healthier version, replace half of the sour cream with Greek yogurt.
