  • 1.5 pounds ground beef
  • 1 package egg noodles 12 ounces
  • 1 can tomato soup 10.75 ounces
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions; drain.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  • Mix the cooked noodles, beef, tomato soup, and sour cream together in a large bowl.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For a healthier version, replace half of the sour cream with Greek yogurt.
