Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add diced tomatoes and chili powder to the beef. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in the cooked macaroni and 1 cup of cheddar cheese. Transfer to a baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a chopped jalapeño to the beef mixture.
