Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pan, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from pan and crumble.
In the same pan, add the cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
Add cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well. Stir in the bacon, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
Serve hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
This dish can be made vegetarian by omitting the bacon and adding sautéed mushrooms instead.
