Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are golden. Let cool on wire racks.
