Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook chicken breasts until cooked through. Shred chicken.
Sauté onion and garlic in a large pot.
Add cumin and chili powder; cook for 1 minute.
Stir in chicken, beans, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and cilantro. Serve hot.
Notes
Garnish with extra cilantro and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
