Preparation Steps
In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla bean seeds. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool completely.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
For a sweeter creamer, add up to 1/4 cup more sugar. You can also experiment with other extracts like almond or hazelnut.
