Vanilla Bean Coffee Creamer

This creamy vanilla bean coffee creamer is easy to make at home with just a few simple ingredients. It's richer and more flavorful than store-bought creamers and makes a delicious addition to your morning coffee.

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 vanilla bean, seeds scraped

Preparation Steps

  • In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla bean seeds. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar is dissolved.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool completely.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

For a sweeter creamer, add up to 1/4 cup more sugar. You can also experiment with other extracts like almond or hazelnut.
