  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Green Onions

  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Wash and scrub potatoes; pierce several times with a fork.
  • Bake for 60-75 minutes, or until tender.
  • Let cool slightly, then cut lengthwise and scoop out flesh, leaving a 1/4-inch border.
  • Mix the potato flesh with butter, sour cream, cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  • Spoon mixture back into potato skins.
  • Bake for another 15-20 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
