Instructions
Preparation Steps
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey and cook until browned.
Add corn kernels and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
Notes
Serve hot. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
