Turkey Corn Chowder Recipe

This hearty turkey corn chowder is rich, creamy, and perfect for a warm family meal.

  • 1.5 pounds ground turkey lean
  • 2 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups chicken broth low sodium
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey and cook until browned.
  • Add corn kernels and continue to cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.

Notes

Serve hot. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
