Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Stir until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, rice, diced tomatoes, corn, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix thoroughly.
Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
