Instructions
Preparation Steps
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning and a little water to the beef. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, diced tomatoes, cheese, and lettuce.
Toss the salad to combine. Add olives and a dollop of sour cream if desired.
