Taco Bowls Recipe

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 package Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 0.5 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Sour cream

Preparation Steps

  • Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off any excess grease.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and cook according to package directions.
  • Divide rice, black beans, and beef mixture among four bowls.
  • Top with lettuce, cheese, salsa, and sour cream.
