Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Season the pork roast with salt and pepper.
Place the roast in a roasting pan and add chicken broth to the bottom of the pan.
Roast for 2-2.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Notes
Let the roast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
