Sunday Pork Roast

A delicious and easy Sunday pork roast recipe, perfect for a family dinner.

  • 3 lbs Pork Roast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Season the pork roast with salt and pepper.
  • Place the roast in a roasting pan and add chicken broth to the bottom of the pan.
  • Roast for 2-2.5 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Notes

Let the roast rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
