Instructions
Preparation Steps
Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard.
Add the cooled potatoes, bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Gently mix all ingredients until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of hot sauce.
