Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large pan, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Stir in milk and cheeses, cook until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
Add artichokes and cooked pasta to the cheese mixture, stirring to combine.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkle additional mozzarella on top, and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
