Spinach Artichoke Dip

A creamy, cheesy, and flavorful warm dip made with spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, and Parmesan, perfect for parties or snacking.

  • 10 ounce frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 14 ounce artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  • Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Transfer mixture to a greased 9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly golden on top.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips, pita bread, or crackers.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute reduced-fat cream cheese, sour cream, and mozzarella. Can be made ahead and refrigerated; add 5–10 minutes to baking time if cold.
