spinach artichoke dip

This creamy spinach artichoke dip is perfect for parties and gatherings

  • 1 cup chopped spinach fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts drained and chopped
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise can use light mayo
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

This dip is delicious served with tortilla chips or sliced bread.
