  • 2 cups penne pasta cooked al dente
  • 1 pound chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Preparation Steps

  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through.
  • Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet with the chicken. Sauté for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

For an extra touch, garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.
