Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
Stir in the tomato sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into the beef. Simmer for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the sour cream and cooked noodles.
In a baking dish, layer the noodle mixture, beef mixture, and half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat the layers and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Notes
For a spicier dish, you can add some red pepper flakes to the beef mixture.
