Slow Cooker Turkey Soup

A hearty and flavorful slow cooker turkey soup, perfect for a chilly evening. This recipe uses leftover turkey, but you can easily use rotisserie chicken instead.

  • 2 cups cooked turkey
  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

This soup can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Feel free to add other vegetables like potatoes or green beans.
