Slow Cooker Taco Soup for an Easy Dinner

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion chopped
- 1.25 oz taco seasoning mix 1 package
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 15 oz black beans drained and rinsed
- 15 oz pinto beans drained and rinsed
- 14.5 oz diced tomatoes with chiles
- 2 cups corn
- 2 cups beef broth
- 28 oz crushed tomatoes
Instructions
Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, until cooked through. Drain it and transfer it to the slow cooker.
Add the chopped onion, black beans, pinto beans, diced tomatoes with chiles, corn, beef broth, crushed tomatoes, ranch dressing mix, and taco seasoning to the slow cooker.
Stir until evenly combined, cover, and cook on Low for 8 hours.
